Having worked in the tourism industry for a decade, Edmund got inspired from his invaluable experience and came up with the idea of combining tourism and real estate together to further expand the business. He seizes every opportunity and constantly keeps himself updated with the current market flow, training and delivering qualified expertise in the real estate market, serving Malaysia and the South-East Asia region.

Michael Lam Tze Huy

A Sarawakian from a small town of Serikei, he spent most of his years in Brunei and Australia then in Malaysia where he worked with well-known property developers in the market. With more than 10 years of working experience and an MBA, he was in marketing & sales and administering for OSK Property’s then flagship, Pan’gaea @ Cyberjaya. Then in Gamuda Land, he was part of the Central Sales Management team overseeing all sales matters for the developer’s entire local projects in Klang Valley.

Despite his full-time with the developers, he also started his side project in asset management. With years of experience, he had managed landlords’ properties to increase yield through short-term rental as well as managing funds from investors to generate yield through renting and managing properties. Aaron Mah Cheong Yeong

Head of Hospitality

From the mountainous land of Perak, Aaron has always being in the hospitality line since the very begining of his career. With more than 30 years of hospitality experiences, he had worked with 3-stars to 5-stars hotels across Malaysia.

In his role, he served as Hotel & Resort Manager with hotel portfolios such as The Regent, Grand Seasons Hotel, A'Famosa Resort, Grand Millennium, The Frangipani Langkawi Resort & Spa and many more.

Now as Head of Hospitality, he ensures not just the smooth operation of CNH Group's hotel arm, My Seasons but also in charge of giving the best experiences for guests and tenants.

Tang Ming Fung

Project Manager

Tang Ming Fung previously worked for a MNC and has provided services for several Fortune 500 companies for more than 4 years, assisting clients in technology solutions and training in the Asian region.

He then moved on to the field of real estate and accumulated several years of experiences, providing customers with full range of services such as purchase & sell, leasing, renovation, homestay and property management.
